Diamond saw blade should pay attention to what aspects:
1,When the diamond saw blade is installed, the shaft, chuck and flange should be kept clean, the inner diameter of the flange is consistent with the inner diameter of the diamond saw blade, to ensure that the flange and the diamond saw blade are closely combined, the fine and accurate positioning pin is installed, and the nut is tightened. The size of the flange should be appropriate, and the outer diameter should not be less than 1/3 of the diameter of the diamond saw blade.
2,Before the facility equipment is started, ensure that it is safe to have a single person operate the facility equipment, point idling, check whether the facility equipment is turned correctly, there is no vibration, idling for a few minutes after the diamond saw blade is installed, and normal work after no slip, swing or beat.
3,When working, the workpiece should be fixed, the fine and accurate positioning of the profile is fully in line with the direction of the cutting tool, so as not to cause abnormal cutting, side pressure or curve cutting can not be applied, the feed should be stable, to avoid the impact contact of the blade next to the workpiece, directly leading to the diamond saw blade damage, or the workpiece flies out, and accidents occur.
